Abeer Rashdan is an Associate Professor of Economics at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science -Future University Egypt (FUE). She holds a PhD in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science- Cairo University. Abeer got her Master of Economics from Suez Canal University Abeer is also an MBA holder from ESLSCA University. Abeer’s main research interest (middle class, poverty, inequality, governance, and financial inclusion). Dr. Rashdan has worked with several regional and international institutions (GIZ, UNDP, UNESCWA, and ERF). Dr. Rashdan worked for almost five years with the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development. During her academic work, she taught economics at ESLSCA University and the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime.
