
Mohamed Alkhuzamy Aziz
Mohamed Alkhuzamy Aziz has been a professor of Geo-Informatics and GeoAI at Fayoum University since 2011. Prior to this role, he held the position of Dean of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences and chaired the Geography Department at Galala University from 2020 to 2022. His academic journey spans four European and Arab universities, and he has served as a visiting professor at nine prestigious institutions across Europe, the United States, and Canada. Since 2016, he has been the co-chair of the scientific committee for promotions in Geography at Al-Azhar University. Additionally, he has contributed to the National Committee for Establishing National Universities in Egypt since 2018. His involvement extends to the Research Council for Social and Population Studies at the Ministry of Scientific Research, where he has been a fellow since December 2015. Recently, in 2024, he became a member of the Committee for Confronting Extremism within the Supreme Council of Culture, further showcasing his commitment to academic and social issues.
